My name is Danny Engels and I am a model scout, photographer, and former model. My background in the fashion industry gives me a unique perspective on talent development. I look beyond just physical appearance, focusing primarily on a person’s potential to grow and succeed within the professional modeling world.
My journey began as a model with agencies including Tony Jones Model Management and Innocence Models, gaining firsthand experience in fashion shows, photo shoots, commercial campaigns (such as Nike), and editorial shoots for magazines like Blend, as well as being featured as a model on VOGUE ITALIA online. By standing in front of the camera and walking the runway myself, I learned exactly what modeling agencies expect, what clients need, and which qualities are essential to build a successful career in this industry.

Later, I expanded my career into photography, which allowed me to evaluate faces, presence, body language, and photogenic qualities from a completely different perspective. This combination of experience as a model, photographer, and scout enables me to identify raw talent long before it is fully developed.
My approach goes beyond simply discovering new faces. I guide talent through the initial steps of their career with tailored advice, preparation for agency introductions, foundational coaching in presentation and runway walk, and professional test shots designed to bring out their full potential.
I believe that successful models are not chosen for their appearance alone, but also for their personality, discipline, presence, professionalism, and capacity for growth. That is why I always look at the complete picture.
My goal is to discover, nurture, and connect exceptional talent with the right national and international modeling agencies. Working with a long-term strategy, I strive to build sustainable and successful careers within the fashion industry.
